CNC milling

We offer the possibility of milling workpieces on conventional and CNC machines, where the emphasis is on the accuracy of the parts. The tooling equipment corresponds to machining a wide range of steels as well as non-ferrous materials. In addition to vertical milling machines and a machining centre, we also have two horizontal boring machines for machining larger parts.

CNC turning

Production from simple turning parts to more complex rotating components. Using powerful CNC lathes and state-of-the-art tooling, we are able to work in a wide range of materials, from Dural to Inconels.

Welding

Production of weldments and constructions (up to dimensions of approx. 3500x2000x2000 mm and weight of 3 tons), including possible material provision and required weld inspections. We weld using MAG/MIG, TIG methods.

We mechanically or thermally straighten the parts, we also provide annealing of weldments according to the requirement.

Painting inHouse

Our workplace has a smaller paint booth where we are able to paint inHouse using a standard wet process. By doing this we are able to reduce the production time of the entire job for you. Colours used according to customer requirements range from synthetic coatings to complex PUR and EP paint systems.

Grinding

We perform flat grinding of smaller steel parts (500×200 mm). We provide round grinding, both external and internal, through local suppliers.

CAD/CAM 5X

When working with customer data, programs from the Siemens family are used, especially the Siemens NX (build 1926) software, as a robust CAD/CAM software for mechanical engineering, data processing, design development and CNC machine programming.

Povrchové úpravy​​​​

Kooperačně jsme schopni zajistit finální tepelné zpracování dílů a další povrchové úpravy dílů po celém Česku, např.: kalení, laserové kalení, indukční a vakuové kalení, nitridaci, cementaci, žárové zinkování, černění, galvanické pokovení (Zn, Cr, Ni), chemické niklování, černění, eloxování, nitrocementaci a jiné.

Nabízíme úpravu povrchu dílců či konstrukcí tryskáním, pískování, či balotinou, dle požadavků zákazníka. 

V případě náročnějších požadavků na lakovací procesy spolupracujeme s lakovnami pro práškové lakování i vysokotlaké stříkání mokrým procesem pro rozměrnější dílce.

Surface finishes

We are able to provide final heat treatment of parts and other surface treatments throughout the Czech Republic, e.g.: hardening, laser hardening, induction and vacuum hardening, nitriding, cementation, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening, electroplating (Zn, Cr, Ni), chemical nickel plating, anodizing, nitrocementation and others.

We offer surface treatment of parts or structures by blasting, sandblasting, or balotina, according to customer requirements.

In case of more demanding requirements for painting processes, we cooperate with paint shops for powder coating and high-pressure wet spraying for larger parts.

With a view to speed and precision of orders, we maintain a wide range of universal machine tools that are always able to meet your requirements and expectations of high quality in a quick time.

Despite the constant innovation and expansion of our product range, our possibilities are not yet unlimited. A selection of sub-parameters that can set certain limits for your production needs are below.

Times are changing and we are changing with it, so to further improve quality and expand production capabilities we are preparing to implement new production machines.
